We are looking for a talented and accomplished WFM Coordinator for Foundever Greece.

The WFM Coordinator is a crucial member of the workforce management team responsible for optimizing resources and ensuring the efficient operation of the customer contact center in Greece. This role acts as the point of contact for workforce management activities within Greece and works closely with the regional WFM Team and coordinates the local WFM team. The WFM Coordinator plays a significant role in supporting the delivery of key metrics, staffing needs, and training requirements for the local operations.

As a WFM Coordinator, your daily responsibilities will include:

Metrics and Reporting:
  • Coordinate the local WFM team to ensure the delivery of key performance metrics, staffing budgets, and training requirements.
  • Ensure delivery of key metrics, staffing budgets, training requirements and performance metrics through optimization of resources
  • Assist in identifying and implementing necessary reports to support operational decision-making.

Communication:
  • Support the execution of the communication strategy for the executive leadership team.
  • Assist in synthesizing quantifiable data into actionable recommendations for business reviews and operational meetings.

Staffing Recommendations:
  • Work with the regional WFM Manager to recommend staffing strategies that align with the needs of a multi-skilled customer contact center.

Partnership and Advisory:
  • Serve as a trusted partner and advisor to local leadership teams, offering guidance on WFM- related matters.

WFM System Support:
  • Assist in the management of the workforce management system, related telephony processes, and overall WFM processes in coordination with the team.

Daily Schedule Operations:
  • Support the WFM team in ensuring the completion of daily schedule operations, including handling leave requests and call-outs.

Scheduling Enhancements:
  • Coordinate the WFM team in devising scheduling enhancements and exploring new business models.

To succeed in the role, you will need to have:
  • Native English (at least C1) both verbal and written (mandatory)
  • Strong communication skills with peers and associates

  • Problem-solving abilities

  • People-oriented with the ability to work well with teams
  • Leadership and management skills
  • Strong understanding of the call center industry and operations
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Hybrid position

Experience/Qualifications:
  • Two-year college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • One year or more of experience in scheduling, with preference given to those with IEX experience in a call center environment
