Responsibility Level: Under the administrative direction and in accordance with company policies, maximizes profitable sales volume, develops sales objectives and associated strategies and coordinates sales activities through PB accounts.
Typical Duties:
- Be responsible to meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
- Provides council, advise and recommendations, as appropriate, to assist PB&NA Accounts in carrying out assigned responsibilities.
- Responds to customer regarding the status of orders, new product offerings, promotional needs and payment etc.
- Maintain order plan on a monthly basis (including forecast).
- Maintains frequent and regular contact with Customer management, purchasing and field management.
- Develops and maintains contact with PB&NA customer representatives.
- Assists in the negotiation of regional accounts customer sales contracts.
- Train store personnel on the sales, service and technical aspects of the product following the program designed.
- Submit working plan, travelling plan and trip report on a weekly basis:

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in emphasis on Marketing or Business.
- 5 years + Sales & Marketing experience in auto parts
- Sales plan implementation.
- Ability to analyze data to business conclusion.
- Effective negotiation.
- Computer competence, skilled office ability, basic financial ability.
- Good at reading, speaking, writing in English
