We are looking for a Project Manager/Scrum Master for a product company of our Holding.
Project:
Digital Shipping Marketplace and Transportation Platform, that provides instant data and e-mail processing, instant Cargo-to-Ship matching, freight trading and contract management, digital documentation flow, freight finance and supply chain management solutions.
Key qualifications of the candidate:
- At least 2 years of experience in managing IT projects
- Successful experience in WEB/Mobile applications development / implementation
- Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies (especially Agile approach and tools, Scrum and Kanban frameworks) and experience of choosing the right methodology based on project conditions
- Solid experience in scope management, requirements gathering, work breakdown, scope estimation and planning. Experience in gathering functional, non-functional, system and business requirements
- Experience in automating analytics report processes
- Ability to multi-task and alter direction easily to accommodate changing priorities
- Experience in working with JIRA and Confluence tools
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
- Requirements management experience
- Advanced level of spoken and written English
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers, the support team, and other departments to address any issues.
- Manage efficient unit structure, ensure implementation of the best software development and delivery practices to exceed customer expectations
- Implement Scrum best practices
- Collect data to analyze for any performance out of expectation.
- Manage, monitor, and motivate the team assigned to the project
- Maintain records of product data and tickets for traceability and investigation
- Performance event investigation, resolution, and mitigation for future events.
Nice to have:
- Managers with knowledge of Transport industry - big advantage, but not a must.
