Our new team member will initially be leading a team in our Sofia office.

We utilize a microservice infrastructure to ensure a load time of less than a second, and this also enables the platform to stay current in the niche of high-level e-commerce solutions.
NEXT BASKET offers integrated solutions for warehousing and product handling, logistics, a call center, marketing, photography, product description creation, SEO, business and accounting services, and a lot more services needed to successfully run an online store.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- You will be responsible for oversee day-to-day operations of the local office;
- You will be responsible for ensure employees work productively and develop professionally;
- You will be responsible to prepare regular reports for upper management;
- You will have to ensure staff follows health and safety regulations;
- You will be responsible to hiring staff;
- You will have to project managing end to end all integration processes.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING EVERY DAY?
- Work closely with partners and key accounts;
- Management of local staff;
- Engaging and maintaining relationships with company stakeholders;
- Identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
OUR EXPECTATIONS
- 7+ years of experience on a similar role;
- Bachelor's degree in Business administration, Marketing or other relevant;
- Proven experience in Digital marketing;
- Proven experience in people management;
- Results-Oriented Approach;
- Organization and Time Management ability;
