- Main Tasks:
- Support infrastructure service and solution content expert(s) for the purpose of enhancing user support.
- Coordinate local On-site activities in support of SLAs, of internal teams and external providers, for daily infrastructure services, related to Workspace and Network support.
- Support the Cyber Security on the ground topics.
- Perform the required local tasks for implementations (and rollouts) of change requests and projects.
- Deliver / support to deliver solutions; design and create apps and automating workflows
- Experience in process automation, Low-code / No-code solutions is a plus.
Education/Qualifications required:- University Degree or Diploma in Management Information System, Computer Science, Business Administration or related discipline.
- 5+ years of information technology experience required
- Experience in supporting the delivery of information services or supporting projects in a mid-/large-sized company.
- Digital Capability e.g. Low-/No-code maker preferable
Competencies required:- Good understanding of existing and emerging information technology systems.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills; with good English skills to communicate verbally and in writing / Native level of Korean
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Must possess the ability to identify problems, implement corrective action efficiently and effectively, in coordination and cooperation with GDS and stakeholders
