Business Management optimizes business performances by helping to drive key initiatives. We act as trusted advisors and counterweight to Business/Group Heads, and are responsible for identifying, escalating, and mitigating business risks. The role of a business manager is dynamic and can vary from business to business, in line with the priorities of the different lines of business. You will collaborate with a global team of business managers and have exposure to different functions within the region.
This is a time-pressured and high-profile position which is instrumental in assisting/advising senior management and in coordinating the deployment of the bank’s corporate resources to address strategic and tactical objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional support to management and their teams including support for Firmwide & HR policies, systems (Concur, Ariba, me@jpmc), IT questions, day-to-day administrative processes, preparation for team meetings and facility management queries
- Responsible for creation and maintenance of distribution lists and organizational charts
- Create and maintain internal resources and documentation on collaboration sites, like SharePoint, Confluence etc. which may involve instruction/guidance preparation
- Primary responsibility for various floor Coordination activities including looking after general floor conditions, partnering with Facility Management and GTI teams to address issues, managing supplies and involvement in changes to seating plans
- Provide key support for OCFO People Agenda and reward and recognition activities
- Support Executives on-site visits including agenda preparation, meeting logistics, team activities and event day support
- Act as point of contact and support for New Joiners in answering general questions

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or other related area
- Previous Business Management support or Executive Administrative experience
