Key Responsibilities

Business intelligence

• Insights Generation and Data Storytelling
• Develop and implement advanced strategies for gathering, reviewing and analyzing data

requirements.

• Translate complex data into actionable insights, effectively creating a narrative that can inform

strategic business decisions.

• Analysis, Planning and Strategy:
• You comprehend the business model, are persistent and patient in your learning of all business

components in order to develop your analysis and raise the quality of internal team procedures.

• You provide analytical and business intelligence solutions to stakeholders utilizing Bigquery (SQL),

Google Sheets, Looker, Excel and Email.

• You have the mathematical ability to perform estimating, business modeling and work on statistics.
• Reporting:
• You’ll make sure that numerous reports are prepared and filed on time, accurately, and in accordance

with all legal requirements, corporate rules, and procedures.

• Communication:
• You must have excellent communication skills to handle calls and presentations in English, including

the ability to express your ideas clearly and pay attention to stakeholder comments. This position
requires someone who can motivate other teams to work based on finding analyses and business
targets.

• Your KPI Include:
• Business Impact

• 100% Delivery of the BI Roadmap
• Minimum 2 Application delivery per month

Data Management

• Your KPI Include:
• 100% Data Solution documentation for the Stakeholders.
• Improving efficiency rate.

Teamwork

• With Data Team:
• Build good relationships with Data Engineer, Data Scientist and other Business Intelligence.

Who We Want

• You have 1 – 3 years of experience as a Data analyst, Business Intelligence, Data Engineer. We can accept

Freshers with Math, Computer Science backgrounds.

• Strong quantitative ability, problem solving and excellent analysis skills.
• You’re able to do a presentation in English.
• You must have the right attitude and be collaborative.
• Experienced with using SQL, Excel, Google Sheet.

Reporting Line

• Report directly to Data Lead.
