Strategic Partner Manager, Siemens Xcelerator [China]


 

Working Location: Open, prefer Shanghai or Beijing.

Missions:
  • As the Strategic Partner Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing partnership strategies to drive growth for Siemens Xcelerator China.
  • Your primary focus will be on identifying and developing relationships with strategic partners and building strong alliances to achieve business objectives (User Growth, MQL, SQL, No. of Offerings, Successful Reference, etc.)

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute partnership strategies to drive growth for Xcelerator.
  • Identify, evaluate and prioritize potential partners based on strategic fit and impact on the business.
  • Develop and manage relationships with strategic partners, including negotiating and closing agreements.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure partner objectives are aligned with the company's objectives.
  • Manage the partner MQLs and SQLs generated by Xcelerator, and track sales revenues.
  • Develop and manage partner enablement programs to ensure partners have the resources they need to be successful.
  • Work with marketing to create joint go-to-market programs with partners.
  • Track and report on partner performance and communicate progress to senior leadership.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in partnership development, business development or sales.
  • Proven track record of successfully identifying, developing and managing partnerships that drive business growth.
  • Experience in negotiating and closing partnership agreements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
