JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure execution of sales/trade from traders’ instructions including diversions from planned schedules (Loading/discharge operations of the barges)
- Co-ordinate with agencies
- Follow up on approval/clearances for the operations
- Keep up-to-date on schedules/Ensure updated sales summary
- Ensure compliance of company’s policies and procedures
- Work closely with Traders, Operations, Trade Finance, Finance and other relevant departments
- Send calling instructions to vessels/barges and update internal systems with latest information
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Degree Holder (Shipping, Maritime Studies, Business, Economics, Logistics, International Finance) or any other relevant educations
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on 5 years of bunker operations experience
- Knowledge in SS648, SS600 and TR48
- Highly organized, meticulous, team player, has good interpersonal and communication skills
