Personal Assistant [Malaysia]


 

Short Summary

We are looking for a Data Entry cum Personnel Assistant to provide secretarial, administrative and research support duties with highly confidential to the Director's daily tasks.

The candidate works directly under the Directors in the day-to-day operations in organising meetings, conducting general research and performing administrative functions such as organising work flow and following up to ensure a timely response.

The duties of a Data Entry Assisitant include inputting a high volume of data from multiple sources into a database and achieving an organization's goals by completing the necessary tasks. The candidate should also have the ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy in an ever-changing working environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and scheduling all meetings and appointments closely
  • Organizing and coordinating meetings, taking dictation, prepare minutes of meeting and follow up to ensure actions are completed
  • Doing research, flight, and hotel booking as per the director’s instruction
  • Managing expense reports, including prepare Director’s claims and helping review others’ reports as assigned by Director
  • Ensure all documents are administered properly, file systematically for easy retrieval and maintain up-to-date information in files as necessary
  • Liaise effectively and professionally with management, colleague and business associates/ external parties
  • Handle personal, private and matters professionally and confidentially
  • Handling general accountancy and record keeping
  • Assist on personal errands assigned or any other assignments as and when required
  • To manage and organize company administrative works, procurement, and internal office matters.
  • Perform data entry tasks, completing paperwork and clerical duties.
  • Maintaining best business practices, etiquette, and presentation
  • Run errands and any ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Possess relevant qualification and experience in related field.
  • Pleasant personality, agility, positivity and maturity
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Computer literate-Microsoft Windows and Office
  • Time-management skills, multitask and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in English, and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Meticulous and an eye for details
  • High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentially at all time

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Subang Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
