We are currently offering chiropractic care, physiotherapy, Sports Physiotherapy, and fitness studio (Yoga therapy & clinical Pilates), with goals to expand to other healthcare services. We are a well-experienced team of therapists and accessory staff where we challenge the conventional wisdom of physiotherapy and rehabilitation.

We are home to Fascia dynamics, an advanced assessment and treatment tool for musculoskeletal release and training.

About you:

You are a fun, friendly, personable, and with upbeat attitude, someone who is detail-oriented and organized to keep the office running smoothly. You will have great people skills, fantastic communication can welcome patients and also enjoy working with a dynamic team.

What you’ll do:

Guest Experience and Hospitality:

  • Providing all clients entering the clinic with world-class hospitality
  • Providing new client interactions prior, during, and after their session
  • New client clinic orientation, requisite form completion, welcome kit distribution
  • Schedule and appointment management through CMS software
  • Upholding brand standards by adhering to opening, midday, and closing procedures
  • Ensuring continuous cleaning/ sanitizing and general upkeep of the clinic and equipment
  • Replenishing supplies and inventory
  • Upselling Care Plan
  • Complaint management.

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Invoice and billing management
  • Cash handling
  • Follow up outreach for new and existing clients
  • Complete internal administrative paperwork

Support for the Therapist Team:

  • Working with therapists to optimize their schedules to ensure sufficient lead distribution, appropriate scheduling
  • Working with therapists to optimize their working space and preferences

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

  • Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
