Your roles & responsibilities will include (but not limited) the following:
- Managing customer support over phone, whatsapp and email – inbound as well as outbound
- Managing seller support over phone, whatsapp and email – inbound as well as outbound
- Product cataloguing as per company SOPs
- Outbound calling to customers as needed
- Other tasks / duties as required by your position (as per guidance from your manager)
Candidate Profile:
- Ideal candidate should be proficient in spoken English & Hindi and have good written English skills
- Any prior experience in eCommerce industry is a huge plus
- Candidate should have a laptop with good internet connection to work remotely
- This is a WFH opportunity - 6 days per week / 10 am to 6pm
