Customer Support Executive [India]


 

Your roles & responsibilities will include (but not limited) the following:

  • Managing customer support over phone, whatsapp and email – inbound as well as outbound
  • Managing seller support over phone, whatsapp and email – inbound as well as outbound
  • Product cataloguing as per company SOPs
  • Outbound calling to customers as needed
  • Other tasks / duties as required by your position (as per guidance from your manager)

Candidate Profile:

  • Ideal candidate should be proficient in spoken English & Hindi and have good written English skills
  • Any prior experience in eCommerce industry is a huge plus
  • Candidate should have a laptop with good internet connection to work remotely
  • This is a WFH opportunity - 6 days per week / 10 am to 6pm

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
