APOSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records, general ledgers, and financial statements.
- Perform daily accounting activities such as recording transactions, reconciling bank statements, and processing invoices.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with established accounting principles and company policies.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoice processing, vendor management, and customer billing.
- Process employee expense reports and ensure compliance with expense policies.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial information and support for decision-making.
- Other duties as assigned.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- College degree with at least two years of prior Accounting and Finance experience required.
- Ability to communicate clearly in verbal and written form in English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to analyze situations and resolve problems
- Must possess a collaborative style to work effectively throughout the organization
- Ability to quickly understand and adapt to processes, policies and systems used by Customers as well field sales employees
- Valid Driver's license with good driving record
- Demonstrated proficiency with office technology (e.g. ERP systems, Quickbooks, Excel and Word.) and associated data analysis/diagnostic skill

Pay: $47,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
