What your exciting days will look like:
  • Delivering an awesome product and service experience
  • Responsible for pre and post-sales activities to nurture client relations
  • Evaluating tools, systems and processes to support a seamless client experience
  • Leading experimental projects to identify customer behaviours, and pain points to provide insightful recommendations
  • Acting as an SME to troubleshoot complex issues during customer migrations
What you'll bring to the team:
  • Sales leadership experience
  • Awareness and understanding of sales teams' KPIs and quotas
  • Understanding financial industries, especially accounting is highly desirable
